Introducing New Pricing Tiers for Better Value and Flexibility

To all of our loyal users. We are incredibly grateful for your trust and support since our inception. It's been an exciting journey so far, with many milestones reached and plenty of hurdles overcome. Today, we want to share news about an important change coming to Invoicer.ai.

In our quest to continually offer you better service, more features, and flexibility, we're transitioning from our single pricing model to a three-tier pricing structure: Basic, Pro, and Advanced. This new model will allow us to align our service offerings with your needs better.

But first things first. We're sure our existing users might wonder: "What does this mean for me?" Well, we've got some great news. We value your loyalty, and as a token of our appreciation, all existing subscribers will be grandfathered into the Advanced plan at your current pricing. You'll get all the benefits of our top-tier plan with no increase in your subscription fee. However, please note this applies as long as you maintain your subscription. Should your subscription lapse and be canceled, you will need to choose from the new plans upon resubscription.

The New Pricing Tiers

Basic Plan

Price: USD $10 / month or $84 / year

Our Basic Plan will continue to offer you the core features that made Invoicer.ai the easy-to-use, reliable solution it is today. These include:

• Unlimited clients, invoices, and estimates
• Accept online payments
• Multi-currency support
• Option to remove Invoicer.ai branding

Pro Plan

Price: USD $19 / month or $156 / year

Stepping up, the Pro Plan offers everything in the Basic tier, plus features designed to enhance your efficiency and control. It includes:

• Invoice tracking
• Real-time updates
• Viewed notifications
• Late payment reminders
• Option to add attachments
• Send receipts

Advanced Plan

Price: USD $29 / month or $240 / year

At the top of our offerings is the Advanced Plan. Designed for power users, it includes all features from the Basic and Pro Plans, with the addition of:

• Automation: Automatically create an invoice from an approved estimate or automatically create and send an invoice from an approved estimate.
• AI expense analyzer (coming soon): Analyze and export any document (expenses, receipts, invoices) by snapping a picture or uploading a document, then export that data into a CSV or Excel file.

This new structure allows us to provide you with the right blend of features and value for your specific needs.
